Single parent or working mother.

Most definitely one of the many benefits of the WUF plan will be for mothers - whether single or married.

Many women work, not because they enjoy it...but because they must. Very few households can survive on one income. If mortgage/rent, food and health care costs were taken care of...then women who would prefer staying home to raise their children would financially be able to do so.

Can you imagine the stress that would be taken off of single mothers - especially with small children? Their needs would be completely taken care of without having to work outside of the home.

Can you also see what our plan would do for the abused wife/mother? She would no longer feel inclined to stay in an abusive relationship for fear of being left without means to take care of herself (or her children).

It's no secret...most people hate their jobs! This animosity causes stress and anxiety, and a general lack of appreciation for others. Nothing is worse than being forced into highway gridlock where one joins thousands of others who are also wasting personal hours driving to and from a job they hate, just in order to survive. When human beings are relieved of this stress, they will begin to work for their happiness, and not because they are forced.

Having one's basic needs taken care of will allow workers to use their skills because they WANT to improve their personal happiness, not because they are FORCED to use them to survive.

Our plan will make the Employer more accountable to the Worker. Corporations will want to compensate their employees and treat them with respect; otherwise, all their workers will quit. Can you imagine just how much more equal and happier the workplace would become?

Can you imagine what the workplace environment will be like? No longer will you have disgruntled employees working in your business. You will know that the reason they are working for you is to bring them happiness.

Customers, of course, will notice this change, and be more inclined to use your services or purchase your products.

Not only that, but your potential customers will have pocketbooks laden with extra spending cash and be lining up at businesses that will cater to their shopping needs.

Business owners will no longer be taxed with the mammoth expense of health care insurance premiums. Without this exorbitant overhead, businesses will be able to pay higher wages and increase business capital; thereby creating more revenue for themselves as well as their employees.

The housing industry will simply boom.  Contractors will competitively bid for government contracts to build houses and apartment buildings.

Land developers and construction companies will make a greater effort to build quality homes and apartment complexes that meet strict government regulations, knowing that a Fair Market Rate will be paid to them without the worry and headache associated with property management.

Most people will not take advantage of the WUF's proposed housing program all of their lives, because the "American Dream" is still rooted in owning one’s own home. However, by taking advantage of the free program, younger couples will be able to save more of their income for a future home that they will have built according to their desire of a “dream house.”  

This will increase the demand for custom homebuilding, thus generating more jobs in a specialty building industry that usually pays higher wages.

Free education will relieve the stress of paying for learning that would potentially increase the knowledge and productivity of the 99% who do all the work. The playing field will be leveled because any who have the desire to become educated can have access to this knowledge without a price attached to it. Furthermore, businesses that need more educated and specialized blue collar workers can send their employees to school without adding to their overhead, and in return, receive the benefit of more productive and better educated employees, which adds to the overall economy.

Education is sharing knowledge for the benefit of learning. Learning will no longer be a commodity that is bought and sold on the open market to enrich one human from the humble desire of another. It will be guaranteed to all human beings so endowed with the ability to seek after it.

Doctor - Health Care Industry

With our united voices, we will demand that our governments pay doctors and workers in our health care industries the salaries that doctors feel they deserve.

Doctors, now that they don't have to worry about the red tape of billing insurance agencies, will be able to focus their practice on helping their patients...instead of their bottom line.

Blue-collar worker - Teacher

Unions will be a thing of the past, as any worker can tell their boss, "Forget it! You treat me bad. I don't need to take your crap! I have a home, food and health care to take care of my family and myself. I'll find an employer that will treat me good!"

As part of our plan, the WUF proposes that any education, degree, or diploma that promotes and supports a blue-collar profession (which includes all grade school teaching positions) will be guaranteed to any who seek them. This will create an influx of quality teachers, who choose their profession because they find happiness in teaching children.
